How do I book a stay with Artisan Stays?

You can book securely on our website using our direct-booking engine. Simply select your dates, complete the guest details, and check out. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and ACH (when available). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. 50% of the total booking amount is collected at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is automatically charged before arrival according to our payment schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by property and season. You’ll see the exact terms during checkout and in your confirmation email.

What fees should I expect?

Each reservation includes:
- Nightly rate
- Cleaning fee
- Local taxes
- (Optional) Damage protection OR refundable security deposit
Everything is itemized at checkout.

Are there security cameras?

All properties have exterior-only cameras for safety and occupancy verification. There are no indoor cameras at any Artisan Stays property. Camera locations are always disclosed.

How do you ensure cleanliness?

Our cleaning teams follow a detailed, multi-point checklist tailored to luxury hospitality. Linens are professionally laundered, surfaces are disinfected, and amenities are inspected before every arrival.

How does check-in work?

All homes use either a smart lock or keypad. You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions and your unique access code before your stay.

What do you provide in the home?

All Artisan Stays properties include:
- Premium linens & plush bath towels
- Fully stocked kitchens (cookware, utensils, basic spices)
- High speed Wi-Fi
- Streaming-ready smart TVs
- Toiletries & paper products
- Coffee & tea setup

Is smoking allowed?

No. All Artisan Stays properties are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
